ANNUAL REPORTS FILED ONLINE: Effective March 28, 2008: Expedited annual reports filed online will be processed in "real time," meaning that your corporation will be in good standing immediately after completing your payment transaction. You will be able to check your corporate status and order a good standing certificate right after filing online. For more information about this process click here. NON PROFIT ANNUAL REPORTS: Important Information Regarding: NON PROFITS which currently have Annual Reports due in April this year, click here. Information on Trustees: We no longer require that a trust list its trustee(s) when the trust is a member of an LLC. But when filing a formation document for a business trust, we will continue to require trustee information, pursuant to ARS 10-1874.
